These positions will responsible for managing various technical supervisors. Applicants must be able to demonstrate prior site experiences within construction and heavy industry sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and coordinating with Project Managers and Engineers, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project.
* Controlling field construction and schedule for overall programs.
* Developing inspection practices for site supervisor to ensure effective and satisfactory progress and completion of all work areas in the project.
* Comply with Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors
* Bachelor Degree in civil or mechanical engineering or suitable equivalent
* Experience in project supervision and working knowledge of project supervision
* Sound working knowledge of HSE requirements
* Strong and clear communication skill (English verbal & written) with proven ability to engage others
* Effectively communicate and drive positive outcomes with managers, staff and workforce.
Project / Site Engineers
These positions will be responsible for managing various technical, engineering and planning aspects of the project works execution. Applicants must be able to demonstrate prior site experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and coordinating with Project Manager and Superintendents on engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project.
* Controlling field construction engineering and schedules for overall programs.
* Developing inspection practices for site supervisors to ensure effective and satisfactory progress and completion of all work areas for the project
* Preparing reports on progress and providing general technical assistance to the construction staff.
* Maintaining and controlling engineering documents and drawings.
* Assist in preparation of construction schedules and work methods.
* Carry out progressive engineering audits of temporary and permanent works in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
* Comply with the Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors.
* Bachelor Degree in civil or mechanical engineering or suitable equivalent.
* Experience in project engineering and a working knowledge of project management.
* Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same.
* Strong and clear communication skills (English verbal and written) with proven ability to engage others.
* Effectively communicate and drive positive outcomes with managers, staff and workforce.
Safety Superintendent
Requirements:
* S1 Degree in HSE Engineering or related field
* Having 5 years experienced in managing OHSAS 1800 1 system in mining operation or heavy duty equipment
* Having good understanding of ISO 9000, 14001, and OHSAS 10881
* Responsible to manage Occupational health and safety Program and OHSAS 10881 training and consulting all departments
* This position is available at the Project Location
* Accommodation, meals and transport will be provided
* R & R leave will be provided

* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
* Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity
